What size do I need?
All our garments are a Unisex fit, to help you out we have included a size guide on each product page so you can ensure that you get the fit you want. Please ensure to order the correct size as we do not accept returns/exchanges for incorrect size.
How are our garments printed.
All our garments are printed using the DTG (Direct to garment) process. Unlike transfers that are printed and just heat pressed onto the garment, DTG is a technique where ink is sprayed directly onto the fabric.
Whilst DTG printing is great for simple designs, it also works really well with more complex, multi colour designs.
With DTG printed garments, the ink soaks into the garments fibres which means that the design doesn't sit on top of the fabric and therefore doesn't crack over time like some transfers. Also the fact that there is no transfer, the garment doesn't feel as stiff and is comfortable to wear.
What inks are used for printing.
All our DTG designs are printed using non-toxic vegan inks that ensure the garments are safe for adults and children. Our print partner uses machines that are energy-efficient, produce zero wastewater, and are a sustainable choice for our garments
Will the product look exactly like it does on the web
Many of the images used on our website are what as known as mock ups, although we do try and get actual photos where possible. Sometimes the prints on our garments will have subtle changes in colour to what you as a result of screen resolution or lighting etc.
As the print size of the design is the same, sometimes the size and position of the print may look slightly different depending on the size ordered. For example the print sizing will look different on a small size garment to that of a 5XL size.
How should I care for my garments?
With the right care and attention, your garment will still look good over time. To ensure it always looks its best,
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron any prints.
- Do not dry clean.

Can I return an item?

Can I customise any of the designs?
Unfortunately all our designs are not available for customisation. However, we may in the future look to offer some customisable designs.
