Returns

As all of our products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges where the size is incorrect or due to a change of mind. We have included both a metric and imperial size guide on each product, so please refer to these guides before ordering to ensure the correct size is ordered.

Returning an Item

Please do not return an item direct to our fulfilment partner . If we agree your item is eligible for a return we will advise you of the process to return the item to us. You will be responsible for any return costs where a return is agreed unless due to faulty, damaged or incorrect item. 

Please contact us at info@solitaryravenclothingco.com if you wish to return an item. Returns must be authorised by us before being sent. 

All agreed returns must be sent in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and at your expense. We recommend sending your return via recorded delivery.

All items must be returned in a re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any agreed refund if the item upon inspection shows signs of use and, or is damaged in any way i.e pet hair, smoke smell etc

Damaged or Faulty Items 

It is very rare that our items arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, but on the rare occasion where it does, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include a clear description of what is wrong and include photographs so that we can assess any claim. If the claim is valid, we may ask for the item to be returned to us and/or arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please note we will not be responsible for any item damage after it has been worn or washed.

Received the wrong order 

Again this is exceptionally rare, but where it does happen please contact us within 14 days detailing the issue and photos and we will happily resolve the issue for you.

Incorrect Address Issues

As all items are dispatched from our print partner, please ensure that you double check your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Should your order be returned to our fulfilment partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping the item. We will not be liable for any costs associated with items shipped to an incorrect address. Should we issue a refund for items returned to the fulfilment partner any costs incurred by us as a result will be deducted. 

Please note delivery details and address cannot be amended after checkout.

Exchanges 

Unfortunately as all products are printed to order we do not offer direct exchanges. Do not return any item to our partners fulfilment centre where an exchange is required.

In some cases we may agree to an exchange, which we will review on an individual basis. If we agree an exchange, the quickest way to get a replacement size etc is to follow our returns procedure for the item you received and place a new order for your preferred style or size. We do not guarantee that we will accept any return on an exchange basis

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item and assessed its condition we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
